The EEET Careers Fair 2017 will be a first-of-a-kind careers fair focused specifically on improving diversity and inclusion in the engineering pipeline, bringing together candidates from multi-strand backgrounds and identities into one place. Efforts to date have typically focused on one diversity strand within engineering and technology, and hence have not yielded sufficient numbers, or have been general diversity careers fairs that focus on multiple-sectors, and therefore engineering and technology face greater competition for talent from other industries.
